"Something Deeply Hidden" Solo Exhibit at South Shore Arts Atrium Gallery

Something Deeply Hidden

January 10-February 21, 2026

Location: South Shore Arts Atrium Gallery, 1040 Ridge Road, Munster, IN

Thank you to everyone who attend this past month's reception for my current solo show "Something Deeply Hidden" at the South Shore Arts Atrium Gallery. If you haven't had a chance to see my work in person yet, you'll have until February 21 to view it!

About the Exhibit:

This exhibition brings together a series of geometric abstractions that invite viewers to look beneath the surface of order, symmetry, and color. The works, composed of precise forms and layered fields, operate like visual equations—suggesting that what appears simple and direct may conceal entire worlds of meaning.

The title Something Deeply Hidden gestures to both physics and philosophy: the unseen forces that govern matter and the subconscious currents that shape perception. Within each painting, grids, lines, and color blocks interact in ways that evoke movement, tension, and resonance. Repetition becomes rhythm, structure dissolves into mystery, and clarity leads to ambiguity.

Rather than offering fixed interpretations, the exhibition encourages sustained looking. The eye follows edges, intersections, and contrasts, only to encounter new depths and unseen patterns. Each composition becomes less a static image than a portal—an opening into hidden dimensions of thought, memory, and sensation.
